"I called to get quotes for auto and home insurance. My call was answered by Rocio Farantella who provided all the information
that I requested. She was very polite and helpful by letting me know that I could also get an umbrella policy as well as earthquake coverage included with the auto and home policies
for less than I was currently paying for just those three.
She also clearly explained my HOA's coverage on my condo, which I had not recalled.
She made the transition from my old insurance policies to

"Shopped around for new insurance after spending an hour with my old insurance trying to find out what it would cost to insure a new car. The phone call disconnected while I was waiting for the 3rd transfer. A few minutes later I called Puppo’s office. He advertises a LOT in Wilsonville and I’d been dragging my heels on making the switch. I talked to Lindy Galatz. It was completely a 180 from my old insurer. She was kind, patient, explained everything to me. Made recommendations that better protected me with more coverage than I had before (to protect the house we owned) basically taught me in a non-condescending way how to think about home and auto insurance. The best part? It was less than what I was paying before with the old company. More coverage for less money? No brainer. I should have done it sooner. That night I was set up with auto insurance. A few days later I had my home insurance set up. She even helped me “break up” with my old agent on a 3 way call. Her service has been amazing. Simply amazing.
She said to me that on the worst day of your life (home burns down, car is totaled…whatever happens that requires insurance to deliver) that I could call the office and they will help me all the way. Insurance isn’t really something one thinks about every day. But I am so glad I made that call and switched …and I’m glad that my old agent treated me the way that he did because it led me to a local office I could ride my bike to, a person who I think is phenomenal at her job, a better policy and a net annual savings. So when she asked me to write I review I was happy to. Just so other people know what I now know.

"Top notch agency. I would give 9 stars if I could. They are very accessible and responsive. Of special note: Lindy G is a superstar! She consistently goes WAY above and beyond! We had an issue with out mortgage provider and an error on the provider's part regarding our homeowners policy. Lindy took several hours and waited with me on the phone with the mortgage company to make sure the issue was resolved. I would recommend the Jay Puppo group to anyone. Also, they are constantly looking out for me and helping me to be aware of money saving opportunities with my insurance policies. Thank you again!!!!"
