I called to get quotes for auto and home insurance. My call was answered by Rocio Farantella who provided all the information that I requested. She was very polite and helpful by letting me know that I could also get an umbrella policy as well as earthquake coverage included with the auto and home policies for less than I was currently paying for just those three. She also clearly explained my HOA's coverage on my condo, which I had not recalled.
